My Philosophy
I practice from a weight-inclusive lens, which supports people in adopting habits for the sake of health and well-being rather than weight control. I work with the whole person to provide highly individualized care. I believe every person has the ability to listen to and trust their intuition as you are the expert of your own body.
If you struggle with an eating disorder, disordered eating or chronic dieting, if you're ready to be at peace with food, be at home in your body and reject dieting and try something new, then I am the dietitian for you. I specialize in helping clients leave behind the world of diets and body shame, and instead, embrace your relationship with food and body in a non-judgmental and self-compassionate manner.
